Initial Planning
The DR Systems Project Manager assigned to your implementation conducts comprehensive conference calls with you and your staff about your Unity RIS/PACS installation and timelines. The scope of planning covers:
- Developing a project plan instead of 'tasks'
- Agreement of project plan responsibilities between the customer and DR Systems
- Coordination of all internal DR Systems departments that are involved with the implementation
- Establishing DR Systems production build requirements and deadlines
- Determining system shipment schedule
- Coordination of DR Systems Customer Support resources for installation and training
