The DR Systems Project Manager assigned to your implementation conducts comprehensive conference calls with you and your staff about your Unity RIS/PACS installation and timelines. The scope of planning covers:

  • Developing a project plan instead of 'tasks'
  • Agreement of project plan responsibilities between the customer and DR Systems
  • Coordination of all internal DR Systems departments that are involved with the implementation
  • Establishing DR Systems production build requirements and deadlines
  • Determining system shipment schedule
  • Coordination of DR Systems Customer Support resources for installation and training
