Post Installation Support
The DR Systems RIS/PACS Post Installation Support Team guides the transition of new customers from the on-site Installation Team to the San Diego-based Help Desk/Customer Support Center. The main objective is to provide special attention to the new customer for approximately 30 days following the installation of the DR Systems RIS/PACS. During this time the Post Installation Support Team is in daily communications with the new customer reassuring that the implementation, interfaces and workflow processes are in order and working smoothly. DR Systems' goal is to achieve the highest possible customer satisfaction by assuring your success with the Post Installation Support Team.
