Field Technical Support
The third tier of DR Systems Customer Service Center is the company's network of employees strategically positioned across the U.S. to provide local support at our customer's facilities. The Field Engineering Team provides on-site support for critical issues as well field upgrades, system expansion and other on-site service needs. Not third party contracted staff, the Field Engineering Team is specially trained and equipped to support DR Systems' turnkey hardware/software RIS/PACS.
