KLAS Ranks DR Systems PACS Category Leader
SAN DIEGO - July 13, 2006 DR Systems has been recognized as the “PACS Category Leader” by KLAS, in their Top 20 Mid Year Report, topping all other PACS providers including McKesson, GE Medical Systems, Siemens, Philips, and Amicas.
KLAS is a prominent research and consulting firm that specializes in monitoring and reporting the performance of healthcare information technology vendors, including picture archiving and communication systems (PACS) companies.
The KLAS evaluation for its new mid-year ratings is drawn from PACS users' answers to several dozen questions covering areas such as implementation, services, and upgrades.
Of surveyed healthcare facilities, 100% said they would again by a PACS from DR Systems, and 100% also said they would recommend DR Systems to a friend or peer.

Despite competing against some of the biggest companies in healthcare IT, DR Systems maintains an exceptional high customer retention rate.
