Reports 155% Revenue increase in 2002
SAN DIEGO, CA – February 3, 2003 – Richard Porritt, President and CEO of PACS vendor DR Systems, Inc., announces that 2002 was a record breaking year with sales up 48%, revenue up 155%, and profit up 400% over 2001.
“RSNA 2002 was a highly successful venue for the company, as there was a lot of year end demand that we were successful in closing post RSNA. December was also a record month for DR Systems in terms of single month bookings,” said Porritt.
The yearly growth the company continues to experience facilitated the lease of a new headquarters facility in San Diego. The new building, three times the size of the existing headquarters, gives DR Systems the necessary room to expand and hire for the new positions being created in all functional areas of the company.
