DR Systems Receives First PACS Order from Japan!
Fujisawa City Hospital to partner with DR Systems
SAN DIEGO, CA – December 20, 2001 – DR Systems received its first PACS order from Japan as a result of a recent distributorship agreement with Cathex Co., Ltd., a Tokyo-based medical equipment distributor. The 500-bed Fujisawa City Hospital, the largest in the city, strives to provide the best and most advanced medical care to its patients. The Fujisawa City Hospital chose DR Systems as its PACS vendor because they felt DR Systems offered a user-friendly system that is well suited to handle the hospital’s large volume of images and cases.
With this recent site in Japan, DR Systems continues to expand into the Asia-Pacific region with existing PACS sites in the Philippines and China.
