Summary:

 

Provide geographic sales and marketing leadership for the Western Region, focusing on the (13) states west of Colorado. Develop and implement sales and marketing strategy. Drive, monitor, and inspect sales and marketing activity against goals.
Location: Los Angeles, CA

Responsibilities:

  

·         Direct and coordinate sales and marketing activities for a specific region

·         Achieve assigned revenue targets for a specific region.

·         Develop and coordinate sales selling cycle and methodology.

·         Analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of sales team, methods, costs and results.

·         Directly manage major and critical client accounts and coordinate the management of all other accounts.

·         Establish and implement short and long range territory goals and objectives

·         Represent the company at various community and/or business meetings to promote the company.

·         Supervise the preparation, issuance and delivery of sales materials, exhibits and promotional programs.

·         Promote positive relations with partners, vendors and distributors

·         Recommend and administer policies and procedures to enhance operations.

·         Establish and implement short and long range sales goals, objectives, policies and operating procedures.

·         Recruit, train, supervise and evaluate sales staff.

·         Other duties as assigned.

 

 

 

Qualifications:

  

·         BS degree or equivalent experience (10+ years) directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified

·         In-depth knowledge of the healthcare industry, including HIS, RIS/PACS/CVIS, enterprise IT

·         Strong written and verbal communication skills

·         Excellent project and personal time management skills

·         Strong knowledge of healthcare industry and software IT systems.

·         Must have a drive for results and excellent leadership skills, along with proven abilities in decision-making, priority setting, planning, and customer focus.

·         Strong communication skills

·         Experienced with personal computers, workstations, server, storage and their associated hardware and software configurations.

·         Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is required.
